Interviewed by Sales Director and Senior Recruiter. Asked me about my sales experience, work ethic, and why I want the job. I was given a script and had to pitch to them about a software product. Fairly simple interview process. Just wanted to know if I could handle talking on the phone a lot and being able to recruit outside B2B sales people to sell software product

Phone interview and then on-site interview. Both interviews are tests to show your ability to communicate, as well as your personality as it aligns with the company's values. Recruiters are very kind and make an effort to make the interview process professional and fun.

Entrevista
Filled out a background check, and other common employment applications. Scheduled an interview via email which was an easy process. Was interviewed by two people, Recruiting Director and Recruiting Manager. The interview lasted a total of 25 minutes and was challenging, but also very light-hearted and fun.
