Pretty straight forward. Applied via LinkedIn; got an invite from company recruiter 2-3 weeks later. HR Screen call was professional and conversational in nature. More of a mutual discovery call; a few questions on background and hypothetical scenarios. Progressed to an interview with hiring manager who had only been there a month so he didn't seem to familiar yet with what the role would look like. About 1.5 weeks later I received a thanks but no thanks phone call which I appreciated much more than the typical form letter / email. All in all, not a bad experience.
