Very easy. Just submitted resume and was called the next day. Came to the plant and spent about 2 hrs. For a tour. Very nice people. The place was relatively clean. I was asked no technical questions. I really have nothing bad to say. They have nice benefits. As I toured the plant, the workers seemed happy even though the work seemed hard
