The process is a little drawn out it starts with an initial phone interview with Pattern’s talent acquisition team. Then you do a video interview with a hiring manager. Then a third onsite interview with a panel of department leaders. Then an executive review before an offer is extended.

Applied directly, was then contacted by the HR and quickly arranged for interviews. The whole process was shorter than most interviews and than how it was advertised. First stage with HR only, then quickly received an assesment for second stage with the hiring team. There were two tasks in the assesment which were all about providing solutions for their existing clients. They only asked for preparing a few slides however both tasks were not that easy to accomplish. The second stage was the last stage already but the fist time meeting the hiring team so it felt a bit awkward, lasted an hour with many questions. Ever since then I was ghosted, only got dead silence from the HR and it has been more than two months. Quite shocked about such negative experience honestly as I thought a company like Pattern would have been much more professional with its hiring process. Couldn't help but felt they were getting candidates to do free work fo them since the tasks were to solve real problems of real clients.
