Thorough panel interviews, spoke to multiple leaders of the CS org. It consisted of three straight hours of interviews, 30 minutes per panelist. Most questions were in a STAR format.

The interview process was very enjoyable. I would describe it as one of my favorite and insightful interview experiences. The recruiter Mariette was so amazing. She provided a wealth of information about the role and company. I had a 2hr 4-panel interview with the CSM team. The tone of the interview was conservational which eased my nerves and made it such a great experience for me. I was very impressed by the the team's professionalism, empathy, and knowledge of the role and company. The interview process, with out a doubt made me realize that PatientPop was the company that I wanted to support and grow in as a CSM.

I loved my interview process! I was contacted by the recruiter Mariette, she was absolutely phenomenal! I absolutely adored working with her, she helped set up every step of the interview process for me. She was prompt, polite, and professional. I had then a 45 min interview with my leader followed by a panel interview and presentation. Thank you Mariette for going above and beyond to help me through the process it was a sincere pleasure to work with you, and you were one of the best recruiters I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with!
