I went through 1 HR screening and 2 interviews. Prior to it, there is a need to fill in this long questionnaire. Heard from friends that the interview process is rigorous and indeed it is. Not only this, there is the long waiting process and HR doesn’t state what to expect after going through the interviews. This gave me an impression that they do not respect the applicants’ time. A positive note would be the interviewers are pleasant and respectful.
