The initial email communication with the recruiters was timely and very detailed. A phone interview with the recruiter is scheduled and if that goes well another phone interview is scheduled with the hiring manager. If that goes well, a panel interview is scheduled.
The panel interview begins with a 45-minute presentation from the potential candidate with the entire interview panel. After the presentation, smaller interview sessions (1-on-1, sometimes 2-on-1) are scheduled consecutively with an hour break for lunch.
The smaller interview sessions are very casual and a great platform to get to ask questions, get to know each other, and discuss the technical aspects of the role.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire interview process. PathAI is very efficient and skilled in creating a positive experience for potential candidates.
