Entrevista
I was called one week after applying. Had an informal interview at a Starbucks with the Director of Operations. Had a formal interview with HR the next week and was offered the position the following day. During the new-hire training I was put in a meeting room and watched 8 hours of HR guideline videos, company information videos. I felt that was odd to just be placed in a room by yourself and sit watch the videos for the entirety of the day. Also was given a book that the CEO wrote and was strongly advised the read it.
