Entrevista
Step 1: Phone Interview
Step 2: Written Assessment (Writing Sample and Scenario)
Step 3: In-Person Interview #1 (Panel of 3 people at the Manager level)
Step 4: In-Person Interview #2 (Panel of 2 people at the Senior level)
I believe there is a effort to combine the 2 interviews on the same day.

Describe a time when you had multiple competing priorities.
A program manager contacted me 3 days after submitting my application and we had a phone interview. I didn't hear back after a week so I sent a follow up email and she decided to schedule an in-person panel interview for the following week. The phone interview was pretty standard, but the program manager talked a lot about the position and the organization, which was really helpful and made the interview feel more conversational. The questions were pretty standard. The panel interview was a little more stressful and intense. It was three different managers and they asked questions in rounds.

I completed an online application, a short phone screening, in person interview, submitted a writing sample and completed a final round interview. Everyone at the Partnership was incredibly nice and super passionate about their work. Overall a very positive experience
