Very long interview process and considerably extensive testing prior to a background check, I don't fully understand why I had to fill out so much paperwork repeating all my personal information page after page and take a hearing, vision (for distance and color), and breathing test prior to them running a background check and in other words prior to them telling me when I will start when all of that testing/paperwork only took approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.. I feel like that could have taken place A. On the day of my initial interview. Or B. After they received my background report. Rather than having me drive to their facility multiple days and then leave not even knowing if they have decided they are going to hire me or not....
