The interview was direct and very casual. I spoke with a member of HR or a manager who asked me about my background and knowledge. There was a good deal of casual conversation to see if the personality was a match for the company.

I submitted a resume on their website, a regional manager called me back, quickly asked a few questions about my experience, then said he will set up an interview with the local manager. Local manager interview was over zoom, lasted 45 minutes, pretty casual. Got the impression they mostly trying to sus out if you would be pleasent to work with, not so much your experience, as they can train a home to do the job. Then regional boss called back a few days later, to talk salary. Know what the pay should be before, they asked what my previous salary was then just offered me that, I was in a bind and just needed the W2 so I took it, now bitter. Nice people, pretty laid back, super flexible work and company. Great place to start and get industry experience. Pay is meh.
