Very odd and unnecessarily lengthy. Took about 4 months in total to hear from them and when I finally did, I rejected. I had 4 interviews in total and would be ignored for weeks at a time when checking on my status. Right when I had given up, I'd get offered another interview. This charade went on for months! I was surprised by the level of professionalism; why would I want to be a recruiter here when their own recruiters have poor communication skills? Thanks, but no thanks. I should've read the other interviewers reviews before wasting my time.
