Applied to the position online and was responded to via an HR representative within a few days to setup an initial screening 'get-to-know-me' interview where we discussed items on my resume and work history. At the end of the interview I was asked to supply several times when I would be available for another more technical phone interview with an IT consultant. I was not able to answer all of the technical questions correctly and within a few hours after the interview I got a call from the HR representative letting me know that they had decided to seek out a more technically qualified candidate.
