I had two conversations with a HR specialist, then a F2F meeting with two hiring managers. The meeting lasted for half an hour to explain to me that I was overqualified and could not hire me. I was struck and thought they were joking. I would like to ask them- what would you prefer a better quality commodity at a normal price or more expensive , but inferior, simply because it is not OVERQUALIFIED. I consider this attitude as a DISCRIMINATION. I am very, very disappointed with the attitude, I definitely do not recommend.
