Pretty quick and efficient. I thought I had all the boxes checked and the phone interview went well, so maybe their final decision after the in-person interview came down to wanting someone more experienced than the ad described or just a lack of a personal ‘click.’ In-person interview (two interviewers) did not not go that much deeper into my background, and if anything I think I repeated information or asked more questions on my part. They did, kindly, send a rejection letter after a few days (always appreciated).
