The start of the process was quite relaxed as the company came across very proffessional. They have great offices and very experienced employees. The times and dates of the interview were organised by a recruiter so that part was sorted out. When arriving at the company we sat in a secluded room where general chat started which was good to keep the prospective employee calm. Then more background history was asked to gain information about how the person dealt with the last role.
