Interview process is SO EASY! There atmosphere is so negative that there is a constant revolving door that if you come off as nice or easy to get along with in the interview, they will hire you, no matter your background or qualifications. As a result, the overall team is solely incompetent with no intentions of working hard, but pushing their work off to other Specialists. Then they will cry when they have to put in any amount of OT when they've taken so much time off again and again to tend to their adult kids they claim is a "child".
