We live in an experience centric world and hoping this feedback is received and maybe consider changing recruiting practices / hire someone more professional. Recruiter reached out, scheduled time with me. I am someone who is in back to back meetings all day and shifted schedule to make time for this call. On the day of less than 1 hour before our call, he sends me a note "something came up" asking to reschedule. Totally ok, I get it things happen, so I provided additional times, even into the next week in case if this week wasn't great for him. Crickets... I followed up on Friday before end of the week... Crickets... Someone else in another review wrote that they were "ghosted" so maybe this is their common practice at Paramount. I am so grateful that all of my former companies actually show their candidates that they care and live by what they say on their website, reflected on how they treat their employees. Recruiting is so important because you're attracting future employees, but if this is the quality of your recruiters, makes me question the quality of employees brought in.

4 round interview process meeting with a recruiter, HR, VPs, and SVP as a final round. All were conducted virtually as it was COVID protocol carryover, and some members were in New York and Los Angeles.

How do you use data to inform your day to day decision making? What drawbacks have you encountered with your data framework and how it relates to the business. Also asked probing questions about my work experience.

Applied on their website and a recruiter reached out to me about a week or so later. The interview process was relatively average, but lengthy and very drawn out (~3 months). I had three interviews, three assignments, and a final round presentation. The recruiter wasn't communicative at all throughout the process, and I would have to regularly follow up to schedule the next phases. After all that work and time, I was then ghosted at the final round for 3 weeks, and the recruiter wouldn't respond to my emails to provide an update. I later found out they promoted someone internally for the role. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
