There was a FAQ pdf which was sent to me via e-mail. We were asked to arrive at 13:30. Lots of refreshments were provided and there was a friendly/casual atmosphere throughout. There were 20 or so of us so we were separated into three group. We then participated in group tasks while being observed by senior members of staff. There was a presentation in front of the other groups and members of staff. We were then interview by six members of staff. Three in one room and three in a separate room. It was speed interviewing. Unfortunately they never got back to me even when I e-mailed to receive feedback from my assessment. Other than that it was an enjoyable afternoon. I rated my experience as "No Opinion" due to the fact that I spent weeks wondering the status of my assessment when they could have just contacted me and let me know that I had been unsuccessful.
