The process took about 3 weeks. Started with a call from their recruiter, who asked a few basic questions regarding my prior jobs/experience. He then scheduled a phone interview with the director of the department for a few days later. Phone interview with director lasted about 35 minutes and was more in depth regarding prior experience, why I was leaving current job, and explaining the job I was interviewing for. One week later, and not hearing anything from them, I emailed the recruiter and was informed the job went to someone else.
