I applied to multiple job postings for the same position. I believe this position I applied to about a month prior to the interview. The manager reached out to me in an email letting me know what days and time they were having phone interviews. The interview was over the phone with the manager and two team leads. The interview was relaxed, they asked normal questions and it lasted a little over 30 minutes. I reached out to the manager about a week later still expressing my interest and got a phone call from hr the next day.
