Initially, recruiters were very eager to speak with me and I received a very positive response from my resume and subsequent phone interviews with the recruiter and hiring mgr. This led to a first round of in-person interviews with the team I'd be working with. The interview was held in a conference room with the entire team present. The questions that 3/4 of the team came up with were ridiculous and unprofessional and demonstrated a complete lack of respect. Also, the line of questioning indicated that no one had really bothered to review my resume very carefully (except one person who was new, and who was actually very intelligent and professional). In short: Worst. Interview. Experience. Ever.
