Interviewing took a while. Manager had me doctor my resume to fit the client need...wasn't a lie on my part but certainly "beefed up" my contact with a particular tool...and they ran with it and embellished to get the contract. Tech interview was 1.5 hours, management interview was 15 minutes.

1.Recruiter: basic resume conversation
2.Phone interview with a colleague (technical): friendly conversation about your qualifications and to assess your articulation skills
3.Met the Associate director face to face in the Cranford, NJ office: determines your fit for the client
4.Met the client: 1 director (high level qualifications), 1 program manager (detailed and technical)
