I reached out to Parachute and received a call the same day. I talked to one of the owners for a brief introduction call. I was then passed over to the hiring manager. After a brief phone call the next day I was asked to come onsite for a face to face interview with Management and a Senior Engineer. The meeting lasted around two hours. The main take away was that Parachute wanted to know about me as a person. Parachute made me feel welcomed and the interview was a very positive experience. I was offered a position a couple days later and started around four days after the face to face interview.
