Entrevista
I first attended a group interview, there were 3 others with me. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and the GM told is a little about the company then asked us about our selves. Once we all got to know each other we were asked to put together a little skit. They thanked us and gave us all cookies and let us know we would get a call back for a solo interview.
The solo interview was very relaxed as well. The manager who interviewed me was very easy to talk to and after a few questions he offered me the position right away.

What are your expectations when you come to a restaurant for the first time.
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
