The interview was very casual, I walked in and sat down at a table with the interviewee. I felt comfortable speaking with the interviewee and was contacted later saying I got the job.

I'd seen the jobs available on Indeed.com and applied from there until I got a call back. For me, my interview was over the phone and due to my strong application (according to them), they wanted to hire me right away, just from hearing a little bit about me and why I want to join their team. Ultimately, I just had to show my genuine interest and passion for the company as well as being myself.

or

and they definitely will ask,
"So why Panera?" or "Why do you want to work here?"

Sat down with interviewer in a private area nearby, then was asked questions pertaining to the position after handing in my resume. Was then told I would be contacted for a second interview if they were interested.

Entrevista
The interview process is very chill and the managers who interviewed me were very gracious and humble. It's a regular conversation and it's a chance for them to get to know you so they know how they can utilize you in any of the duties in the restaurant. Chances for hire are very high.
