There were 3 interviews. Mostly behavioral, asked about strengths and weaknesses. Make sure to review Panda Way and Mission. Talk about their culture of respect/win win. They ask a lot about their culture and how you can relate to it. Make sure to tie your answers to their Panda Way. They are at the core, a family owned business, so any experience with that is always a plus (working for parents, family members, etc).
