The interview was quick. The manager asks reasons for why you are interested in working for Panda and what goals you are set to accomplish if hired. There is no drug screen to be hired which makes the process much quicker!
It really is not that bad. I think that the process is super straight forward. Not much to worrry about if youre looking for a job, whether it be part time or full time.
the process was easy. while I was getting interviewed they asked me basic questions involving different functions of the kitchen staff as well as my previous roles at other jobs.
Interview in person with the manager at the store. Will ask questions about who you are and what culture you are looking for in the job. Tells you about job expectations.
