Easy. Applied online and a few days later I got a call from the manager asking me to come in for the interview. I arrived, wore jeans and a nice top. Interview took place at a table in the restaurant. Took maybe 15 minutes. Called me maybe 2 days later to ask me to come in and fill out stuff.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
