The interview process was structured to test both technical depth and problem-solving breadth. It started with an initial HR screen to go over my background and motivations, followed by a technical discussion focused on my experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. I was asked scenario-based questions where I had to explain tradeoffs, for example between managed services and self-hosting, or how I would design a deployment strategy balancing speed, reliability, and cost.
