Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Pager Health
Entrevista
I submitted a resume and cover letter via Pager's website and followed up with the recruiter by sending a message on LinkedIn. The recruiter was quick to respond, saying he wanted to "chat" but didn't provide a time to speak on the phone until the morning of the day we spoke.
Our "chat" was actually a phone interview where I had to explain my reasons for applying to Pager and respond to several scenario questions. The recruiter did not seem organized and at one point, put me on hold mid-response to a scenario question because his mouse was malfunctioning.
At the end of the conversation, he explained he would send a link to provide availability for an in-person interview and asked that I apply to the job via Pager's site. I reminded him that I had already applied to the job and even submitted a cover letter (which I mentioned in my initial message to him).
I wound up never receiving a response to my availability for an in-person interview. I sent a follow-up message and received a response that the week ended up being hectic and that the position was already filled.
The recruiter was candid about the fact that the company is still growing and changing but the company should have someone more organized in order to help them scale.
