Application was made online through the paddy power website. I was then contacted through email where I was given 3 days to complete an aptitude test, consisting of 3 games related to maths and verbal reasoning, Followed by a video recorded interview asking about a time I went above and beyond in a previous role. Once I passed that stage I was then contacted by a talent acquisition specialist who invited me to an online interview which lasted 40 minutes. This consisted of 10/11 questions which were competency based. The final step was sending 2 references to the acquisition specialist.
