I'd call it a "game show interview" with each hour being one episode. The whole thing is three hours, and each hour they reduce a couple of applicants. First hour they break down the history of its company/answer and ask general questions. Second hour they do some Roleplaying. Where one of the HR "leads" pretends to be an annoyed customer, while the General Manager watches how you react. The third hour is a one on one interview, thats pretty much how'd you expect any one on one interview to go.

Applied online, It is a group interview. A group of people interviewing for the same job go into a room and role play and answer questions. Key is to have confidence and always stay participating.
