The hiring process at Pacaso is a collaborative process that will test your endurance. The process began with a 20 - 30 minute phone interview to learn about the role, Pacaso's values, and the hiring process. The phone interview gave insight into the types of personalities in the company. I appreciate the interviewer's tone and for taking the time to listen to my ideas on how to address the responsibilities of the role. Upon conclusion of the phone interview, there was a request for a fun writing sample question. After the phone interview phase, begin week-long Zoom interviews with the different Pacaso team members. Each interview asked additional questions to inquire about the professional background and answered questions about the role and company. I have been on many interviews as a POC, where the interviewee disrespected me. Pacaso's equitable hiring practice is integrated into the recruitment process.
