Entrevista
First was an HR interview. The HR person honestly did not seem to know much about the job beyond what was already in the job description, but was able to answer general company questions.
The second round interview was with a more senior developer who asked about my experience with all of the different technologies listed on the job description.

How do you handle troubleshooting an issue? Walk us through your process.
One interviewer role plays as a customer and you as the support engineer. They say they have X problem with Y product. You have to help them solve the issue as they keep saying they have tried that and done that to each suggestion you make.
