After 6 months, I am still waiting an answer, a feedback, ...the process.

I applied for a Channel Account Manager position at PTC. The candidate experience was disappointing. I went through 11 different interviews, ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour, with various stakeholders. The entire process took over 3 months.
I completed a business case and received excellent feedback from those present. However, at the end of the process, during the final interview, the last person wasn't "100% convinced," resulting in a rejection.
While I'm frustrated, I'm more concerned about the inefficiency of the procedures and the lack of clarity in the established KPIs. The evaluation process seems highly subjective.
