After numerous emails with the recruiter, I was ignored for several weeks. Finally I was contacted that the company wanted to see me within the next few days, however, I had to complete the personality test and rearrange my work schedule to accommodate them. I was left waiting for close to 20 minutes prior to the interview. Finally, I met with the owner at which time, he and I spoke for almost two hours. I then met with the plant accountant for another 30 minutes and had a plant tour. I was under the impression the interview went well. I contacted the recruiter and told them I was extremely happy with the outcome and looking forward to a positive response. I didn't hear anything for two weeks. During that time I contacted the recruiter twice. Once I was told the owner was away. The second time, I received a generic "thanks but no thanks." To this day, I have no idea why.
