Phone interviewed with 4 different people over the course of a couple weeks. Interview process was basically a recital of my past experiences and asking what relevance I bring to the position. Only had one face-to-face interview with one of the same people I had a phone conversation with. Impressions were good. Each interviewer was easy-going and it seems they will be a good company to work for, at least from the management end.
