Made it through two stages of the interview process. First stage is a video recording involving three questions. The second stage was a written redline exercise.
Overall the communication throughout the entire process was poor. Instructions on redline exercise were very basic and there was no timeline for completion. I did as told and provided a thoroughly analyzed document. I did not received a response for more than two months after submission.

Used a very interactive process which I really appreciated. It was a welcome deviation from the outdated STAR interview questions. Their communication process was great too; very detailed and efficient.
