Very organized process of working with initial recruiters and then with direct regional managers. Further phone interviews are done to triangulate on experience you can bring to the table. A lot of information is shared to help make an educated decision to work for PROS, while the team is dedicated to the smoothest transition to get you on board.

Fairly simple process with three interviews with RVP, VP and SE/SC Leader. There were no tests, there were no presentations, just simple conversations. It was honestly refreshing compared to some of the other interview experiences I've had recently.

Exceptional process from the very first into call all the way through to offer. My PROS Recruiter, Cristal, was incredible and really made the interview process enjoyable. She was an open book and helped me through the process from beginning to end. Best experience I have ever had!

5 interviews (first was with a recruiter). Some were pretty easy but others were difficult. Be sure to know something about the product. Interview was with sales, product specialist (called solution consultant), vp of sales, someone else in sales, and recruiter
