Very much subject oriented and if you have a degree without any knowledge or work experience you are in and the salary is vey lesser than the market standard. The interviewer kishore did not even wanted to know abt me Or my recruitment skills but he was a kind of person where we need to just listen to what he says but he was least bothered of our suggestions or what we are conveying.
