After a few weeks of the job posting closing, I was invited to participate in a 20 minute interview on-site. I interviewed with two administrators. The interview had a series of standardized questions from the district. The questions were consistent with questions I've received in other districts across the city. At the end I was able to tour the school with the principal which was helpful to me in my decision making.
