Had one phone interview followed by an in person interview and an invite to tour their labs. People seemed great and looked like a good place to work. After the second visit I was told that they have good news for me and were just waiting on things before they could tell me more. In the following month I reached out twice to see if there was any update, but I got no response. Was completely ghosted after my second visit.
