I interviewed for a territory rep position calling on the Home Depot. I had an initial phone interview and a 45 minute in person interview. I was told that based on my experience that I'd be an excellent fit. I sent Follow up emails thanking them for considering me as well as an email asking for updates on my candidacy. After a month, still no reply. As a former hiring manager, I consider it extremely unprofessional to leave candidates hanging. This speaks volumes about the company. Very poor experience!
