Four interviews In total. Each lasted about an hour long. First with HR, then with a director, and lastly two line managers. For me, the first 3 interviews were on phone, though, the typical format is two phone interviews and two face to face. Each interviewer was warm and pleasant. It was a fast-paced and intense process (mostly due to my dedication to preparation), but everyone was just great.

All STAR based questions. Be prepared to provide examples of past situations, how you handled them, and what were the outcomes. Think about issues you have encountered with projects, employees, supervisors, and "customers"
Basic behavioral and scenario questions, most questions are on Glassdoor. It is the classic STAR and they are very prudent on getting all the information all the way to resolution so be prepared.

Name a time when you have experienced hardship and prevailed?
I applied for a CRA position. After a month I contacted the company for an update and was asked to reapply so I did. After six months, I was contacted for an interview. I declined to interview as I gained employment elsewhere.

Phone interview with recruiter then a zoom interview with 2 people. Asked specific behavioural scenarios and continued to build on these scenarios with further questions. Second half of interview was the interviewers talking about the company.
