I applied online and then received an email asking me to come for a personal interview. I was interviewed by two women; one was in the room with me while the other was conference called in. Some questions about me and the experience I have. Then they asked competency based question, which took up most of the hour. They got back to me the next to tell me I was unsuccessful but explained that I was being to ambitious and to much of a leader which was not what they were looking for.

Applied online directly on PPd website and was contacted by recruiter the next day for a phone screen. Phone screen was 15min to answer basic questions about position etc. Interviewed with 2 managers days later over video call and was offered position a week later. Offer acceptance & pre-onboarding took 3 weeks before my start date.
