I first had a Hangout online (but it could be on site, too) meeting with the Director and Head of Department. The interview itself was quite positive and we went over typical questions as to why I'd like to join, what makes me good for the role and why they should consider me. Naturally we covered my previous work experience and background and how it relates to the role. There ware competence questions to understand if I had experience with ecommerce and affiliate marketing. Ideally, they would like someone coming with a similar experience but would give chances to others if manage to convince them with confidence, good knowledge and positive attitude.
