Contacted by a recruiter and then had a phone interview shortly after. Flown up to a Superday in Washington D.C. with three other interns. Interviewed separately by future managers.

The interview took place on my campus and only took 30 minutes. I was asked a series of behavioral questions and a few questions about the company itself. It was one-on-one, and the most important thing about the interview was to be yourself and be calm and collected.

consisted mainly of behavioral questions. they fly everyone they are going to interview into Pittsburgh for the day and each person interviews with 2 different people. overall it was one of the better interviews I have participated in. about a week after the interview I got a call and an offer.
