Tell me about a time when you had to resolve internal team conflict?

Entrevista
I spent a lot of time on the interview process, having over 6 interviews with different team members including senior management. Was called frequently by internal recruiter being told I was the top candidate, apologising for the delay of the final interview but the last communication was that I would have the final interview the following week and I was the top candidate. I was then literally ghosted for 3 weeks and after chasing, was told the job spec had changed with no further feedback. To say the process was arduous and extremely disrespectful of my time is an understatement. I acknowledge things change with a role but to not have the decency to let me know after the time spent, just very unprofessional overall.

The people who interviewed me were all friendly and felt more conversational rather than standardised questioning. Specifics related to previous work done as well as technology I had experience with.
