From start to finish the business conducted themselves in a professional, efficient and transparent manner. Paul led my initial communication with the business and from the start and all the way through the process he was a fantastic ambassador for PHMG. He sent communication regularly, he updated me on process changes, he challenged me on my profile in a constructive and positive way in order that I was able to articulate myself in a succinct and relevant way in my interview. He ensured I was ready for my interview with the different members of senior leadership team. I had 2 interviews, the 1st stage was with Gareth and Kristian. Again, very professional, great questions and all very relevant to the role I was applying for. The first stage lasted about 50 minutes and was built around the STAR format for questions. The first stage was more around team dynamics and leadership style. 2nd stage was with Jason and Mark. Different style (more centered around operational challenges) but I really enjoyed this stage as well. Challenging questions, but I wouldn't expect anything less from a global leader in their field. Again, STAR format questions mixed in with more direct questions. Very professional and it was great to see how well the senior team worked well together. Certainly gave confidence that this is a well run business with a clear strategy. All in all I have had a very positive experience with PHMG and can't fault them at all for their process. Paul in the rec team is also a credit to the business. My first experience of PHMG was via him and he has maintained that positive representation of the business throughout.
